In 2020, we, a small team of friends, faced the difficult decision of leaving the island, as the pandemic had closed everything and life here had become difficult. But we didn't want to give up. Instead, we decided to transform our passion for this unique island into something creative. And that's how the idea for Fuertejoy was born.

Our vision was to create jewelry that reflects the beauty and diversity of Fuerteventura . We began by combining lava, the essence of the island, with semi-precious stones whose colors were inspired by the landscapes – from the soft browns of the hills to the turquoise lagoons.
